Get the perfect shot, first try.

One clear photo on a plain surface in normal light. A photo with its own soft shadow gives us the light to match. Avoid cut-outs on pure black or transparent backgrounds, and very small images — the piece can end up looking placed-on rather than worn.

The image provider declines swimwear, lingerie and bare-midriff briefs — a declined shot always returns its credit. Almost every look in the Studio's wardrobe — 61 for her, 54 for him — renders without comment; the few that sit close to the line say so on the tile itself, before you pick one. Where it usually bites is an outfit you write yourself. Sarees and lehengas are fine — write "lehenga with the dupatta draped across" or "silk saree, pallu over the shoulder".

Yes. Upload their photo with written permission (the one-line consent in the Studio). Their face, skin tone and hair carry through the whole order. Photos of people are screened at upload, before anything is charged.

A model of your own mints from 1 credit — a front portrait, or the full studio kit: the same six prints every house model carries (portrait, both three-quarters, profile, hair, full turnaround), so the same face holds from every angle and the build stays true. 1 image = 1 credit, always — six prints, six credits; the first portrait on a new account is on us. A print that doesn't develop returns its own credit, and a portrait-only model can complete its kit any time from Account → Models.

Any image that fails, or isn't true to your piece, returns its credit — automatically for failures, and via the "Not right" feedback on any photo for the rest.

Monthly and yearly plans: credits last until the end of each billing period — a month on a monthly plan, a year on a yearly one. A fresh set arrives when the next period starts.

One-time packs: credits never expire.

Plans work out cheaper per image than one-time packs.
