Refunds

Every image costs one credit. Any image that fails to generate, or is declined by the image provider's safety filter, returns its credit to your balance automatically — you will see it back on the Credits tab of your account. If a delivered image is not true to your piece, mark it 'Not right' on the order and we review it for a credit return. Credit packs never expire.

Full legal text lands with launch; the promises above are the product's own behaviour and already hold.
