Your uploads are private by default: sent to the image provider only to generate your photos, never used to train models, never sold, never shown publicly. We collect only the analytics needed to fix funnels and failures — never your images.
What we keep, and for how long
Your uploads and the photos generated from them stay with your account — that is how an order can be reopened, downloaded again, or reshot from the same piece months later. The Workbench keeps the same record for its 36 tools: every run with the settings you chose, the files you hand a tool, and the files it makes for you, so your work history is there the next time you sign in. On Tools Pro that history is the feature you are paying for, and it reaches back to your very first visit.
So there is no deletion clock, and this page will not invent one: nothing here is erased on a schedule. What is on your account stays until you have it removed.
What the tools learn about the shop
Some of what a tool asks for is about your business rather than about one job: the invoice maker cannot print a tax invoice without your shop's legal name and GSTIN, the WhatsApp QR tool encodes your number, the courier comparator asks which pincode you ship from. Those answers are kept on your account as one record of the shop, separate from the runs they came out of — business name and tagline, GSTIN, phone and WhatsApp number with its country code, the pincode you ship from, the marketplaces you sell on, your payment, dispatch and minimum-order terms, and the settings your bench works at, such as the karat you use most or the pattern your SKUs follow. Beside it we keep the pieces those runs actually named — the stock codes the renamer worked on and the pieces you titled in the shot planner: a SKU or a name, and the piece type, metal, purity or collection that came with it. Nothing on that list carries a weight or a price.
None of it was asked for in a form and none of it is guessed — each value is the answer you typed into a tool that needed it, and we keep a note of which tool that was. It is not shown to other sellers, never sold, and never used to train models.
Having it deleted
Saved models, saved outfits and unfinished drafts you can delete yourself, from My account. For an upload, an order or a tool run, ask us and we remove the record and the files behind it — the feedback button on any order reaches us directly, and Help lists every way to reach us as they open.
The shop record and its list of pieces are their own thing and are deleted on their own: ask us to forget them and the whole record goes — GSTIN, both numbers, the pincode, the terms, every piece — while your runs, uploads and files stay exactly where they are. It works the other way too: removing one run does not remove the shop record, so if you want both gone, say so and both go. One thing to know: the record is only ever built from what you type into a tool, so typing your GSTIN onto the next invoice teaches it to us again.
