Sellers also ask
How do I stop resellers from stealing my jewellery photos?
Watermark the whole shoot before it goes on WhatsApp: your shop name (or logo with Tools Pro) across each photo, with an anti-theft tiled pattern option that is hard to crop out.
Can I watermark many jewellery photos at once?
Yes — up to 20 photos in one pass free, 100+ with Tools Pro. Marking and the preview cost nothing; the downloads are what's counted — one a day as a guest, 10 a day once you sign in free. Position, size and opacity are yours to set, with a live preview.
Why won't my iPhone photos open in the watermark tool?
iPhone photos saved as HEIC can't be read here — JPG, PNG and WebP can. On the phone, open Settings, Camera, Formats and pick Most Compatible so new shots save as JPG. For photos you already have, sending them to yourself on WhatsApp turns them into JPG, and those load in fine.
Can I put a watermark on my Amazon or Meesho listing photos?
No — the main listing image on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho has to be the product on a plain white background with no watermark, logo or added text, so a marked photo can be rejected at catalogue check. Mark the copies you send on WhatsApp, Instagram and to resellers, and upload clean files to the marketplaces.
How light should a watermark be so it doesn't hide the jewellery?
Keep a corner mark small and faint — roughly 3–5% of the photo width at 18–30% opacity stays readable without sitting on the stone. Here the size slider runs 2–10% and opacity 10–60%, and three presets set both for you: a corner mark for WhatsApp, a quiet bottom-left signature, or a bold diagonal across the piece.
Should I use my shop name or my logo as the watermark?
Text is the safer default — a shop name stays readable after WhatsApp compresses the photo, and text is what the free tool stamps. A logo carries the brand better but needs a PNG with a transparent background, or it sits in a white box over the metal. Stamping your logo is part of Tools Pro, with signature, seal and heritage mark styles.
Does watermarking change my original photos?
No — your original files stay as they are, and each marked photo comes back as a separate JPG named after the original with -marked added. Very large phone shots, over about 12 megapixels, are sized down a little so the mark draws reliably on any phone. Signed in, the marked copies also wait in your saved work to download again.
