Courier Rate Comparator
The cheapest safe courier for low-weight, high-value parcels — insurance and COD fees included.
Start from a typical parcel
The parcel
Weigh it packed. Box size is optional — but it decides the price on light, bulky parcels.
Weigh the parcel the way it will hand over — pouch, box, bubble wrap and all.
Six digits each way. Your from-pincode is remembered for the next parcel.
Declare what the piece is actually worth — cover and the liability check both hang off it.
Surface is what most jewellery moves on; air is for the piece that has a date.

Weigh the packed parcel — or tap a typical parcel above — and the four carriers price themselves, fee by fee.
Rates as of Aug 2026 — typical card defaults, every one editable. Courier rates churn quarterly and depend on your contract; this tool never claims live rates.
Shipment log
Every compare saved with a name — “Sharma ji, Delhi, 24 Aug” — and a month-end spend sheet: total freight, COD fees, what switching carriers would have saved.

₹40,000 ka set private courier se bhejna safe hai?
Most private couriers cap their liability near ₹5,000 and their terms exclude precious jewellery — above that the risk is yours. The tool flags this and shows insured Speed Post (declared value up to ₹1 lakh) and secured-logistics options next to the cheap rates, so cheap never quietly means uninsured.
Yeh rates live hain kya?
No — honest answer: courier rates churn and depend on your contract. These are typical card defaults, stamped with the month we last checked them, and every number is editable so the compare runs on YOUR negotiated card, which is the only card that matters.
Courier is charging 500 g for my 200 g jewellery parcel — why?
Because private couriers bill whichever is higher, actual weight or volumetric weight — length x breadth x height in cm divided by 5000 — and then round up to the next 0.5 kg slab, with 0.5 kg as the minimum. A big box around a small pendant is what sets the price. Enter your box size here and each row shows which weight won. Speed Post charges actual weight only.
Can I send jewellery COD by Speed Post?
No — Speed Post has no COD. India Post's cash-on-delivery product is VPP (Value Payable Post), which is booked as a separate service. Private couriers do carry COD, but collection normally stops near ₹49,999, so anything above that has to go prepaid. Tick COD here and any carrier that cannot take it says so in its own row instead of quietly quoting.
How do I calculate courier charges by pincode?
Enter the from and to pincodes and the tool reads the zone couriers price on — same city, within the state, metro to metro, rest of India, or the surcharged belt of J&K, the North-East and the islands — then prices your weight, box and declared value across four carriers side by side. Comparing and the A4 dispatch sheet are free; saving several negotiated rate cards and pricing a whole day's parcels in one run come with Tools Pro.
Delhivery, DTDC ya BlueDart — jewellery ke liye sasta kaun hai?
There is no fixed winner; the order changes with weight, zone and the card you have negotiated. Check one thing before you compare: BlueDart's standard card is quoted air while Delhivery and DTDC are quoted surface, so you are often reading an air price against road prices. Pick one speed for all four here and the ranking is done on landed cost, not on the headline slab.
Why is my courier bill higher than the rate they quoted?
The quoted rate is usually base freight for the first 0.5 kg only. On top of it come the fuel surcharge, the COD fee (a percentage of order value or a flat minimum, whichever is higher), any risk-cover charge, and 18% GST on all of it. This comparison prints every one of those as its own line, so what you read is the landed cost. On a COD parcel it also shows the return leg.
