B2B Line Sheet Maker
Wholesale line sheets with style numbers, MOQ and trade pricing — photos and CSV in, A4 out.
Start from a line like yours
Your line
The name at the head of the sheet, the season it's for, and how a buyer reaches you.
This is the face of the sheet — it prints on the cover, at the head of every page and in the footer. With Tools Pro your logo prints as the mark; the house crest stands in until you add one.
Add styles one at a time, or bring your whole stock list in as a CSV.
Switch on only what your buyer needs to place an order — then pick the currency.
Buyer editions
One line, three faces — a trade edition (wholesale + MOQ), a retail edition (MSRP only, safe for your buyer to forward) and a price-list-only edition with no photos — plus tiered MOQ price breaks (12+ / 50+ / 100+).

Same styles, same prices — a different paper. Tap one and the sheet below changes.

Add one style — a style number and a wholesale price is enough — or tap a line above, and the A4 sheet builds itself here: cover, photo pages, collection dividers and the trade-terms page at the back.
Saved lines
Keep the whole sheet as a named line, reopen it next season, move every price by a percentage in one tap, and export again.

Sellers also ask
Can I make a wholesale line sheet from my Excel stock list?
Yes — export it as CSV with columns like style no, name, wholesale price, MSRP and MOQ, drop it in, and drop a folder of photos named by style number to match them automatically. Rows with problems are listed for you, never silently skipped. Free covers 12 styles per sheet; Tools Pro takes it to 200.
Will my buyer see my margin between wholesale and MSRP?
No. The markup multiple shows only to you in the on-screen preview. The PDF prints exactly the columns you switch on — and with Tools Pro you can export a retail edition that hides wholesale prices entirely, safe to forward onward.
What is a jewellery line sheet, and how is it different from a catalogue?
A line sheet is the ordering document: one style per row or cell, carrying the style number, wholesale price, MOQ and trade terms a buyer needs to write an order against. A catalogue or lookbook sells the mood; a line sheet gets marked up and sent back. Here the style number and wholesale price always print, and MSRP, weight, metal, lead time and HS code are columns you switch on.
Do I have to show GST on a wholesale line sheet?
No. A line sheet is a quotation, not a tax invoice, so no tax is calculated on it — you only choose the price basis. Excluding GST prints the footer line “GST at 3% (HSN 7113/7117) extra at billing”; including GST marks every page as inclusive. HSN 7113 covers precious-metal jewellery and 7117 covers imitation. The tax itself belongs on the invoice you raise later.
What MOQ should I set for wholesale jewellery orders?
Set MOQ per style rather than per order, and follow how the piece is packed and made — imitation and plated lines usually move in dozens, while a heavy bridal set can honestly be two. Type it as a whole number and pick the unit: pieces, pairs or sets. Quantity breaks at 12+, 50+ and 100+ are a Tools Pro option; a free sheet prints one wholesale price per style.
How do I make a line sheet in dollars for an export buyer?
Switch the currency to US dollars and type the rupee rate you have agreed with that buyer — the sheet prints the rate it used, so it cannot be read as today’s market rate. No live rate is quoted anywhere here. For export work also switch on the HS code column, 7113 for precious metal and 7117 for imitation, and set a validity date so a dollar price does not outlive the rate behind it.
My wholesale rates changed this season — do I have to build the whole sheet again?
Only if you did not save the line. Tools Pro keeps a named sheet you can reopen and then raise or lower every price by a percentage in one step. On the free plan, which allows two sheets a month, you re-import the CSV with the new prices. Either way a saved line stores the words and figures but not the photographs, so the photo folder goes back in next season.
