Sellers also ask

What image size does Meesho need for jewellery photos?

Meesho listings work best with a 1:1 square image, at least 1000×1000 px, under 2 MB, on a pure-white background. This tool squares your photo to 1500×1500 px on white and checks each rule before you download — including whether the ground your piece was actually shot on reads white, and whether your photo carried 1500 px of its own or the square was stretched up to get there.

Can I prepare one jewellery photo for Meesho, Amazon and Flipkart together?

Yes — upload once and the tool builds a compliant rendition for each marketplace (Meesho 1500 px, Amazon 2000 px, Flipkart 1500 px), each with its own pass/fail checklist. Downloading all three as one ZIP comes with Tools Pro.

Is this jewellery image resizer free?

Three photos a day are free with every check included — the source resolution, the white ground, the file-size cap and the fill bar, Amazon's stricter 85% one on the Amazon tab. No sign-up is needed for the first one. Tools Pro lifts the cap and adds bulk batches up to 100 photos, the Auto-fix crop and saved presets.

Why does Amazon need bigger images than Meesho for jewellery?

Amazon uses a much larger image so buyers can hover-zoom into the piece, while Meesho and Flipkart list fine at 1500 × 1500 px. The tool settles it for you — from one upload it builds a 2000 × 2000 square for Amazon and 1500 × 1500 for Meesho and Flipkart, each squared up on white, each with its own checklist.

Why does my jewellery photo fail the fill check?

It means the piece is too small inside the square. On the Meesho and Flipkart tabs the check wants the item's long side covering at least 60% of the frame; on the Amazon tab it is held to Amazon's own stricter ~85% jewellery figure — free or Pro, because a check on your own photo is never the thing sitting behind a plan. Shoot closer or crop tighter and upload again. What Tools Pro adds is the Auto-fix re-crop that does it for you, and the one-tap pack that holds Meesho and Flipkart to Amazon's 85% bar as well.

Will making my photo square cut off part of the necklace?

No — the square fits your whole photo inside the frame and fills the leftover space with pure white, so no part of the chain is cut off. That is why a wide, far-off shot can clear the resolution check and still fail on fill. Auto-fix, which re-crops the piece to about 88% of the square — clear of Amazon's 85% bar — is a Tools Pro step.

Can I put my shop name or watermark on a Meesho or Flipkart listing photo?

Not on the main listing image — Meesho, Amazon and Flipkart all want the product alone on a plain white ground, with no text, logo, border, prop or watermark over it. Save the branded version for WhatsApp and Instagram. The squares this tool builds add nothing to your photo — no text, no logo, no border — and the ground check tells you whether the surface under the piece passes as white.

Should I upload JPG or PNG for marketplace jewellery photos?

Either — upload JPG or PNG and the tool writes marketplace-ready JPEGs, the format all three sites ask for, then checks each square against that marketplace's own file-size line — 2 MB on Meesho, 4 MB on Flipkart, 10 MB on Amazon. Start from the largest file your phone saved: the source is measured against the square that marketplace actually asks for — 2000 px for Amazon, 1500 px for Meesho and Flipkart — so a photo smaller than its target is flagged as stretched rather than ticked off as compliant.
